Not every day needs to be 100% full intensity.
I used to operate this way, and there was a season of my life where it served me quite well.
But now I find a lot of benefit of having a default around 70% intensity, with short 1-week periods of full-force effort.
More sustainable & higher output in the long run.

But it’s also important to work with people who are clear about their intentions.
Stop wasting your time with people who want to get lunch and “see if there’s synergy”
Stop taking Zoom calls with no agenda.
If they don’t know what they want, or you don’t know what you want, it’s not the time for a “meeting.”
