the disconnect is amazing between customers:
a) brands we recover $100,000s a month over text msg: never complain, ask great questions, provide even better feedback
b) dropshippers with 0 abandoned carts: ask why our service 'does not work' and if they can cancel free plan

@bfeld The future is here :-) For the past 16 years, we have been bootstrapping businesses from zero to 8 and 9 figures. With the right team and culture, a distributed setup is much more productive. It removes distractions & friction, while opening up access to a bigger talent pool.
