Today was the second day of attempting to bask my testes in the sunlight. After some thorough research of the activity, I concluded that the best methodology as to conducting this would be to man-spread my legs facing towards the sun right as the sun is beaming towards me. I waited until 12:45 PM my time to begin. Here's exactly what I did and how:
1. I prepped a lounge chair in my backyard as to where my neighbors couldn't see.
2. I waited until the sun was beaming right above me, and usually this is around the same time anyways if you're closer to the equator as I currently am.
3. I spread my legs and basked.
This went on for about 18 minutes until I felt ashamed and packed everything up. I don't think it had any immediate affects on my testes but perhaps this could be one of those things you must habitually conduct overtime to see results (if any). I haven't tried it, but some individuals have suggested conducting this same practice but for your rectum. I am still researching it to see if it provides any benefits.
