It’s with deep sadness that our MND warrior Lee who founded @MndNavigate and @MndElite passed away on the 25th May. We are all still heartbroken and our children and me (Tracey his wife) miss him so much. We will keep you legacy alive. #fuckmnd !!

I last week called a meeting with my health care team and family that they are to action my end of life plan after my charity ball I have navigated my journey with courage and heart and there will be another meeting before to ensure I’m sure @ArthurRankHouse

I’m developing that over I’ve been declined access the living well centre the hospice is like family @ArthurRankHouse @sharonallenarhc @DMTalbot

@ArthurRankHouse do you have any volunteer work that I could put my skill set into use?

@NRSHealthcare have left me distraught gantry hoist was meant to be delivered they said it would be delivered today and not one ounce of empathy has been given and their depot is literally 30 minutes away

I don’t have a huge following but o my days you lot are amazing thank you for all your support

My health has taken a huge decline these last few months where I’ve had the belief I have 3 years I believe I will be lucky to see next Christmas it’s a tough shout but it’s the reality of life 🙏

I’m sleeping rough on the streets for a night to raise funds for our local food bank with my team @ArthurRankHouse
