My take on why Roberts and Kav have been more extremist lately is pretty simple. Those two were legit afraid of retribution if they killed Roe, and Alito was like “Dems ain’t gonna do shit.” And Alito was right. So now those two realize NOBODY is going to stop them.

Potential Trump VP Vivek Ramaswamy touts @RobertKennedyJr as a spoiler for Trump.
Trump and his allies know that his path to 270 or 50% +1 is tough, so they need a useful idiot/chaos agent like RFK Jr. in the race.
This is why Trump's largest donor is propping up RFK Jr. with $20M.
