so after watching the recent ISP video, they specifically coded it so that certain generals that are also country leaders can't be captured even when encircled, so Stalin for example cannot be captured

So to flesh out the timeline.
Subspace first came into contact with Rot on the 09/04/2026. Replying to “i require hot corpse wife” with a “Hi”.
Rot referred to Subspace as his boyfriend on the 10/04, and talked about foot fetishes.
On the 11/04, Rot called Subspace a “pedophile”, and had the “best e-sex ever” with Subspace.
So within 1 day of meeting they were ‘partners’, 1 day after that they had a sex call.
Subspace turned 18 on or at least before 08/04, meaning he was an adult the whole time he was in contact with Rot.
