@vrbo is there any way to get a straight answer from your operatives? Without the constant 'passing on' to other departments, or the need for multiple screenshots to prove what is actually advertised on your site? Trying to use a so-called loyalty reward and getting nowhere.

@vrbo My email address isn't relevant. The point is, you're advertising properties at a price, then refusing to honour the discount won to achieve that. I could send you the screenshots of my live chat? Or the emails from a second agent? Not sure if that will resolve the issue.
