@MsReddick1 @bchesky Don’t bother, airbnb support is the worst support on the planet and they literally resolve nothing. Brian outsources all of the support to foreign countries and they have no clue how to help let alone understand what you’re going through.

I’ve spoken to over 10 representatives, and it's impossible to reach a supervisor. Please help, it should be free after all
