@MyMainEvent why does it always take 20 to 30 minutes to get to the front counter? Also, will you please have your employees not lie to potential customers. Asked about a game card and was told one thing but was untrue once I got to the counter. #lies, #PoorService

@MyMainEvent paid for the pass to get everything including ropes course. Line up for 10 mins. No one comes. Then told can’t do ropes as not enough staff and I can wait for 5 hours when they come in??? I want a refund

but also yeah I kind of do wish the local @MyMainEvent still actually maintained their pads at all, I've been pad missing on exactly the same panels since the start of June

failed due to pad misses on the very last hold, so true
