@DaveandBusters The survey has to go to QR code. The numbers never work at the front desk. I enjoy the experiences & try to do a survey to get redeem spend $10 get $10. It never works. The manager questions if I already tried to use it. It's a terrible promotion

@MyMainEvent why does it always take 20 to 30 minutes to get to the front counter? Also, will you please have your employees not lie to potential customers. Asked about a game card and was told one thing but was untrue once I got to the counter. #lies, #PoorService
