@burak19070719 You have to keep in mind that while SCS has grown in the past couple of years, they’re simultaneously working on Coaches, Road Trip, and multiple map DLCs for both ATS and ETS2, AND the console version. So mid 2027 is more likely imo.

@burak19070719 @SCSsoftware It’s definitely a sign that they’re still hard at work on the console version, and that they won’t just do a “lazy port” and actually optimize the game mechanics. I doubt the 2026 release — with SCS it’s best to assume it’ll come later and better rather than sooner and shoddy.

I also hope it's not easy to control, so the player (not the game character) has to get good at it to take full advantage of the mechanic.

@TheAlexVII I think if they only allow you to use the hook during free roam and night racing/police chases, it would be very cool, while still having day time racing be "pure". I also bet that if the camera swing is less accentuated, it would look/feel less jarring. Honestly, great mechanic.

Is it stupid to have this in a racing game? Yes. Is it stupid if your story revolves around some Driver/James Bond/F&F stuff? No. Could it be fun? YES. Trust me, I don’t like this harpoon thing, but if I’m immersed into accepting it, I’ll have a hell of a time enjoying it 🔥

I've been looking at this for a day now, and I think I know how to "fix" it: - make the front longer, so it doesn't look like a circumcised crossover; - ditch the center iPad and implement the center screen/controls into the dashboard. Make leather run over the hud assembly.

I was having a blast with Forza Horizon 6 but my SpongeBob car was hit by a train and the collision triggered something that made me lose all the progress. I'm just showing this to make everyone aware

En las carreras de 24hs hay cosas q solo se aprenden corriendo, cuidar el auto es incluso más importante q ir rápido, si vos por ir un par de décimas mas rápido en las primeras horas comprometes el auto al final de la carrera se paga, no es casualidad q en las últimas horas de carrera siempre los mismos nombres son los q están adelante.
