That city I had before got deleted somehow... So I decided to start from scratch, and then I studied FH's Estate feature vigurously to understand prop limits and optimising it, and now I can finally this weekend I'll be able to release my take on the Estate with 'Horizon 7 City'

@TheAlexVII Hey, the more UNIQUE items you use, the faster you'll hit the prop limit. If you remove a few of them entirely, you should be able to save a few percent.

So came to the conclusion I literally cannot finish this city without hitting the limit The FH6 estate is a really cool feature, but there's a massive oversight. The Build area. Why? Because you CANNOT build your roads on the flat ground without grass showing through the road 😭

Why does it matter? Because I have to manually create the side of the road which adds a TON of prop limit % with a road layout of this size. If they ever gave us an option of a bulldozed no grass area or not, people can go crazy with the Estate. Easy fix. Please @ForzaHorizon!
