What happens if he did buy more shares while continuing his amazing job leading the company. What happens when he gets enough shares that he hits the 19% ownership per his original contracts?
For those less in the know….he will have to sit on all those shares for 3 years FROM THAT DAY…per the contract.

If RC has so much faith in his abilities to bring the market cap towards 100b $, why not just buy the shares at the current prices on the open market? Why does he need a special compensation package that will dilute us over 40 % yet again? This hurts retail holders yet again.
