Cyberpunk 2 in a new city is the smartest decision they could have made. Lots of links to other places in the US and seeing NC again would have been fatiguing/uninteresting to be honest.

I haven’t replayed the Cyberpunk 2077 since it first released. My experience on the PS5 was buggy, and the world felt kind of empty. I’ve heard the game has been massively improved upon, so I must know, is it worth returning to Night City?
