Anyone else noticed how all the synthesis and meta-analysis jobs are early career. Like it's ok to focus on methods or an application for few years but not to specialise in evidence synthesis? I think this says something about the state of our science and commitment to evidence

Saying thank you is fine, respect is better, care is the best. Too many frontline workers suffer fatigue, violence and harassment, discrimination, stigma, stress, infections, low wages, no hazard pay. They deserve protection, care and decent work.
