@JBIEBHC there’s an error. Grade for diagnosis etc are not “adaptation”. In all places where you use “GRADE adaptation” it should say GRADE. You can call it GRADE for interventions, prognosis etc but not adaptation. Please correct this urgently. It will lead to confusion …
