Keir Starmer had nothing to do with the failure to prosecute Jimmy Savile.
But since they raised it; Savile got an OBE in 1972 under a Tory govt and a knighthood in 1990 from Thatcher.
All of this should be irrelevant to current scandals, but Johnson has lied and facts do matter.
