@OneTimeinSoCal Thanks for sending me down a rabbit hole of SC cases. But City of Grants Pass v. Johnson overturned that, right? As you know, many ‘unhoused persons’ either want no help, or are lightyears beyond help. It’s sad pols are worried we haven’t ceded enough parks to those two groups.

Illinois is also working on passing the same. It’s bizarre how blue states, en masse, will suddenly pass identical laws that literally zero constituents have asked for.

@FOXLA This district attorney in 2018 declined to file charges. DA George Gascon' office indicted the officers. The new DA reviewed the case and decided there was not sufficient evidence. The suspect was in a stolen vehicle and reached for a rifle, which ended up being an air rifle.

@OneTimeinSoCal ⚾️ We trounced the Yankees again today. It was a split on the 4-game series but one game we only lost by one run and the other we lost by three runs allowed in the bottom of the ninth by a reliever. So overall, it was good.

@pvtjokerus I see a 37MM less lethal launcher, 2 handguns (loosely aimed), and a shotgun, for what's described as a stabbing suspect. If you listen, you can actually hear the 37 fire off a round. You get to use your xray vision to check for weapons, cops don't get that cool benefit.

Watch this video. Cops in San Diego use half the force with long guns and a dog to take out one goof with a stick. Take two guys, walk up to this idiot and take him down. Wtaf?

Just two months ago Adam Schiff proudly endorsed his longtime friend Eric Swalwell for Governor of California. Schiff praised Swalwell's character and said that Swalwell wasn't "fundamentally indecent" like Trump. These two sleazeballs have been lying together for over a decade. There is no chance that Schiff didn't know what Swalwell was doing.
