I acknowledge receipt of the court order obtained on 24/03/2026 and its contents by @tumisole. As required by the court order concerning tweets that were deleted some time ago, I am posting this statement in partial compliance with said order. While I offer my unwavering respect to the court and their jurisdiction, I dispute the findings and more especially the urgency of the matter, which served to unjustly inflate the legal costs. As a result, I have applied for a rescission, but I respect the legal process and will fully comply pending the outcome of that application.

I regret not considering this before making my statements. I want to make it clear that I am committed to personal growth and to ensuring that I do not repeat such actions in the future. I am actively working on being more mindful, respectful, and responsible in how I express myself, especially when it involves others. Once again, I extend my heartfelt apology to Julius Malema and his family, and I sincerely hope that, in time, they may find it possible to accept my apology and see the genuine remorse behind it. In closing all the posts about honourable @Julius_S_Malema will be deleted, I am making an oath that I can never ever mention his name again.
