I acknowledge receipt of the court order obtained on 24/03/2026 and its contents by @tumisole. As required by the court order concerning tweets that were deleted some time ago, I am posting this statement in partial compliance with said order. While I offer my unwavering respect to the court and their jurisdiction, I dispute the findings and more especially the urgency of the matter, which served to unjustly inflate the legal costs. As a result, I have applied for a rescission, but I respect the legal process and will fully comply pending the outcome of that application.

In Namibia, the law is very clear, 51% MUST be owned by LOCALS! We donโt care who you are. Comply or pack up! Finish! Starlink this, Starlink that! Tell Elon Musk that itโs very simple! Whether his is to spy on us or not, thatโs NOT the bone of contention. Itโs the 51%! Finish!

AfriForum CEO Kallie Kriel has, for the first time, acknowledged that there is no genocide of white farmers in South Africa. AfriForum and Solidarity have been in the United States in recent months, spreading messages of land grabs and genocide. brnw.ch/21x11CN

AfriForum has secured a decisive victory over Eskom that will finally provide much-needed transparency regarding the state power utilityโs coal/diesel contracts. The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein rejected Eskomโs attempt to overturn a 2024 court ruling, with costs. All active Eskom contracts relating to the purchase, transport and distribution of coal and diesel, and the utilityโs contracts for the supply of electricity to neighbouring countries, must now be made available to AfriForum. Major win for South Africa and government transparency.

Am I the only one who does this?
