@Petco I’ve been trying to get my dog’s medical records from Vetco for weeks now. Apparently it was reported to the county that he had a yearly rabies vaccine when he had the 3 year. The system simply doesn’t send the records. How can I get them?

@Petco sucks!!! I have been ordering from these assholes for years through Petco easy pay, I moved & accidentally ordered and didn’t change the address, I called w/in 5 mins of placing order, I was told no biggie, they changed the address & w/in 48 hrs should ship to correct 1/

@Petco we visited our local store as we always do on west warms springs rd and Durango in Las Vegas, NV. You guys really disappointed us. My husband and I have had a well established turtle and fish tank for over 3 years, and we’ve always added fish without any issues.

@Petco really getting tired of ordering food that shows in stock online only to get an email later stating the item is out of stock. Seemingly it's consistently the same store. Over a dozen times easily recently. Been ordering more from competitors because of it, including now.

@Petco Once again I’ve spent over 1 hour on the phone with the call center in the Philippines trying to resolve my problem with Vet Quinlan at Vetco in Petco in Tom’s River NJ..For a 900 million dollar company it would be nice to speak to someone in the United States ..🇺🇸 I’ve called over 12 times now.. All the veterinarians at Petco are kind ..But Quinlan won’t allow the pet parent in the room while they get its shots..Why? I’ve never dealt with that ever at Petco..That is not normal and you’re stressing out the pets and pet parent too.. The-obnoxious vet wanted to put a muzzle on my elderly dog for his yearly shots and didn’t want me in the room while she gave the shots to my two dogs ..Vet Quinlan put in the comments section my one dog Ziggy is banned..Because I refused the muzzle on a 9 year old blind Terrier..I’ve been a customer for over 15 years getting my 4 dogs their yearly shots and never had a problem until this mean Vet Quinlan…@Petco

@Petco Vetco customer service told me to call a store who told me to call another store who told me to call a different customer service number who told me a manager would call me in 15 minutes who still hasn’t called six 6 later. Still no help with an illegitimate prescription.

@Petco These poor lizards at one of your locations are showing signs of tail rot and SEVERE stuck shed on their feet and tails. I have complained once a few weeks ago, such a shame to see that nothing has been done for these poor animals since then.

@Petco the online system is a scam. I ordered a bag of cat food for $16.89 (pickup). The system then told me it is out-of-stock. I can find the same one and the same local Petco. But now you changed me for $18.99? 12% plus more?! I have no choice since I am running low.
