@Petco we visited our local store as we always do on west warms springs rd and Durango in Las Vegas, NV. You guys really disappointed us. My husband and I have had a well established turtle and fish tank for over 3 years, and we’ve always added fish without any issues.

Whether it was a bad day or a misunderstanding, it didn’t feel right, and it left a really bad impression on us. We hope you guys close and lose all your JOBS!! This location was so good to us before. Now I think they were ALL having a bad day.🖕🏽

We’ve never caused any problems, never had any issues, and have always supported your store. So the way we were treated this time honestly caught us off guard and felt really upsetting. We’ve lived here for over 20 years and have never experienced customer service like that…

We’ve consistently bought from your store this whole time, so being suddenly told “no” because we have turtles made absolutely no sense and felt completely unfair. We are frequent customers. We come in for dog food, fish supplies, turtle supplies, tank gear… all of it.
