@ELOQUII Meanwhile, you couldn't have emailed me to say there was a problem with my order??? It has been 6 days and again, I paid for express shipping because I needed it this week. You need to remove fake customer service phone numbers from your order confirmation emails. 3 @ELOQUII

@ELOQUII Does your customer service exist anymore? I placed an order on 9/6 & paid for express shipping. It STILL hasn't shipped. I tried calling the Elloquii customer service number 2x - it says it's closed even though I called during business hours. Then I called the "other" 1
