In the 5 months since @rafaelmgrossi’s Nov presser, there’s been no news on a Saudi Additional Protocol or its rescinded SQP, and yet US-Saudi 123 could include fuel cycle work (ENR). APs are a minimum burden and Saudi has held out for 20 years+.1/2
