Yesterday marked my last day of Maternity leave at @UHNM_NHS 👶🏼💗 however, 9 out of 12 of those months (and still counting) have been spent on the other side of the NHS! Soon, I will be returning into a new role, it’s going to be hard but I know I have all my colleagues support🤍

Some suggestions from our teams: - move shift start time to 8am to support childcare -annualised hrs -not advertising all posts as FT to support flexible hrs conversations - short term flexible plans as needed -9 day fortnight where able - 12 wk blocks that provide rota for a yr
