Ok let's logic this out : Poor people shouldn't have pets.
What's poor?
Is it 6 figures with mounds of debt? Is it $50,000 a year with no debt? Who decides?
Is it being able to shell out $1,500 on an unexpected expense? I dont know many people who can.
We're reaching a dystopian level where only the elite will have homes, cars, children and pets. These will be seen as a sign of wealth.
Everyone else will have a job, but no home, no transportation. No children or pets. They will live in squallor, on the bread and potatoes the government provides for meals.
The worst part? The democrats have engineered this all the while telling the poor they have their best interest at heart. Isn't socialism great?
