@chevalier_sin case in historŷ circa 1960's a Republican Black leader at Republican national convention. GOP treated him so shabily that he realized they did not want him there. He resigned his membership in GOP. Went across street to Dems & asked to be taken in. The Dems accepted him.

My son in law is a libertarian. Says both sides are equally bad. Has canned talking points. It’s disturbing that he will even consider voting Republican. He’s in his 30s. Suggestions welcome. I’m about to disown him.

@michaelscat2 I thought those stalking & pouncing actions are just play & practice. They don't mean any harm. But, I would not allow the cat in the same room with baby without adult supervision.

My sister has a 7 month old baby and just recently tried integrating her cat into the same living areas. He apparently has done some stalking actions towards the baby and she's thinking of rehoming him. Any advice on cat and newborn integration??

@SjamaanN My maternal grandmother was an unloving crazy grandmother. She resented having to make a piece of buttered toast for my brother when he was a very little hungry boy & we traveled 600 miles to visit.

@michaelscat2 Beautiful start Pickle had on his journey to go over the 🌈 Rainbow Bridge I had my fur-baby Sophie euthanized (she had cancer of jaw) at CO shelter The Dumb Friends League We were not allowed to be in the room with her when procedure was performed. She lived 17 + yrs with us

Pickle (13), my soul cat, was helped along to his next adventure by an at-home vet last night. He passed gently in this exact spot, his favorite place, surrounded by friends and family. F*ck cancer.

@MJHughes5 She does look good, radiant & happy. My mother celebrated her 103 rd birthday at her Assisted Living Facility in CO Aug 2021. The facility gave her a beautiful Hawaiian themed birthday party A nurse did a super job on her make-up & hair. She looked better than she had for 25 yrs

After 10 years with Sophie, aka the love of my life, I just learned today that cream female tabbies are super rare!
