@PaulTassi @Forbes It’s insane how many builds there are that are great and not even listed. Looking forward to making a second character to try warlock once my Paladin is a little further into t12

@Slimstanky_ @Stompalittle Legendary seals can roll with 6 charms as well!
English

@Stompalittle I need to find one.. been stuck at 5 charm slots for far too long. 😓
English

@BigBlack_Bougie @FyreSZN @PaulTassi @Forbes You can, but I’d really recommend seasonal characters. A lot of the season content has been fantastic, and it keeps it fresh. Hitting 70 is usually extremely fast in seasons with all the experience they dump on you in the guided season journey, and it’s even faster with this.
English

@FyreSZN @PaulTassi @Forbes Oooooooh. Maybe that’s what I was missing. Though I’m guessing that the seasonal loot is pretty cool and worth playing though for build crafting? Can you still access the same endgame stuff on an eternal character?

‘Diablo 4: Lord Of Hatred’ Fixes A Core, Long-Term Problem via @forbes forbes.com/sites/paultass…

@Chaser_Tech @GeneralSG1 I was fighting that boss but I had the nature’s snare glitch that this last hotfix patched…I was wondering why he felt so horrible to fight. It took me ages with my bow I hadn’t really upgraded and nature’s snare just sent the projectiles in random directions.
English

@GeneralSG1 There is a boss at a spire where all you do is use nature's snare and shoot his projectiles back at him in order to stun him easy.
Then there is a quarry boss that you need to use Axiom force on it to rip its head off.
English

I'm really starting to notice the same thing.
They attack for a bit, you wail on them, they disappear in a different location then you attack some more until they get super armor and do some random attack you dodge.
They are kinda simple, some have easy gimmicks too.

Crimson Desert boss fights are not good.
English

@CrimsonDesert_ The only things I’d love to see would be at least some shared skill points between characters outside of base stats and more reasons to use them, but these changes are all golden. Go devs 🥳

@Lord_Dwarf_Bard @PaulTassi I don’t mind the weapons system, besides some gears being bugged (spider’s fang works with cannon weapons, then stops working if you lock on). I’m hoping with some patches they add more functionality to the extra characters, but they’re definitely underbaked right now.
English

@PaulTassi I think it earns a solid 8.
Mostly because it's honestly too ambitious, and it leaves its failures kind of just there for all to see.
Specifically, the extra characters that don't work, and what is honestly a half-baked weapons system ( and I mean this almost literally)

NEW VIDEO: Reflecting on what is now an absurd 240 hours into Crimson Desert as I have squeezed most of the life out of it. Do I still like it as much as I did?

@multiparadox23 @NikeTechRanger If you hit it after a grab or launch it will combo. Really fun to do a throw and hit winch to auto pull them back to you in the air and lariat them
English

@PaulTassi If you use your kuku pot to make the kuku pack, you can still get items out of it if you unequip it and examine it by holding a on it. Took me a bit to find it.
Would you mind posting a screenshot of the fuzzy dot on the map for loot post-boss? I wasn’t sure what that was.

33 More Things In ‘Crimson Desert’ You Need To Know About via @forbes forbes.com/sites/paultass…

English

@SynthPotato I will say using force current got rid of how annoying the plates/power sources were completely. Agreed on the rest!
English

My Crimson Desert updates wishlist:
1 - An option to change camera height to be much closer, similar to RDR2. And allowing us to customize combat/exploration cameras separately. This is my biggest request
2 - When placing plates/power sources in puzzles that involve the grapple, you shouldn’t need to force palm them into the slots, its incredibly janky and not satisfying. They should just slot in
3 - Revert new horse movement from latest update or give an option to do that as we can no longer time X presses to the stamina, allowing an infinite gallop like Red Dead if timed correctly
4 - Auto-hide helmet option in cutscenes
5 - More hairstyles and beards, Why no braided beards for a Viking protagonist?
6 - Ability to add a storage box the player home
7 - More gear for Damiane/Oongka, they are far too rare.
8 - Make double jumps and toggle flight separate buttons or actions, like hold for flight and press for double. Too inconsistent right now
9 - Add a “simplified” control option that instead of button combinations, puts everything under one button which opens a wheel of different actions (Think how TOTK has its different abilities all under L1)
10 - Simplify Chapters 1-2-3 by making their most fetch quest tasks to be side quests rather than main quests
I think thats everything I got right now, what would you guys like to see changed? At the rate Pearl Abyss is responding to feedback, its likely most of these are addressed in less than a month from now!

English

@GenePark @HymeirV2 @PaulTassi How did you finish it in “only” (lol) 100 hours? I’m 60 hours in and haven’t left Hernand…I’ve never been a completionist in these games but this one put that dog in me.
English

@HymeirV2 @PaulTassi I actually restarted again on the day 1 launch so I’ve technically been playing alongside everyone at launch, although my first 10 hours was considerably shorter since i knew what to do. I’d say my final time is actually a good 100 hours

English

@_saccomori @leoblaidd Getting Hound has been by biggest power spike in the game so far (about 50 hours in). Night and day easier to deal with groups after getting it.
English

@SendHelps25 @bellaxedward666 6v6 quick play ends up with 2 of each role in almost every game I’m in. Definitely my favorite mode. I like 5v5 too, but I don’t want the pressure of being the only tank. I know some people like that and it’s a skill issue, but just my preference.
English

@bellaxedward666 I love when people bring 5v5 and then decide to not elaborate on it lol
Like 6v6 has been in quickp and comp in the game for a whole year by now and nobody pays attention to it, even though the devs still actively make balance changes that apply only to 6v6.
English

@8BitClosedFist This is where I’m at too. I loved hopping into 5s solo or with friends but 3s needs a lot more focus/cooperation. Not a bad thing, but no reason not to have both now that it’s possible!
English

Leave 5v5 for casual and 3v3 for ranked
This game definitely works better as 3v3 but 5v5 is fun
Highguard@PlayHighguard
You asked, we listened All-new 5v5 limited time mode, playable now! ⚔️
English

@PaulTassi Man I really enjoyed 5v5 tonight. I hope this game makes it. It’s got some sauce gameplay wise. The art and some of the characters could be a little more inspired but that can always come with time.
English

Are you kidding me, 5v5 is so much better. it doesn't really even feel unbalanced. whyyyy would this not be the main launch mode
Paul Tassi@PaulTassi
we're back baby
English

@Aztecross Man I love this in 5v5 with some friends. Offense or defense it’s so satisfying to pull off a play
English

@usagixcx Conversely, I got two Leavatains and three ardelias and no other 6 stars at about the point you’re at. Considering how much weaker dupes are in this game, it made it pretty limiting on fun teams to run lol
I did get those two Levs in 60 pulls though so can’t complain too much
English

kinda taking back what I said about endfield’s generosity on pull currency except for the rates because for demonstration, these are what I’ve gotten as an “F2P” and at Authority Level 40+ and haven’t spent on the game yet nor rerolled. #Arknights #ArknightsEndfield

English

@Aztecross I think I’ll be into it if they increase the player count. Just my preference though. Or if it were 3v3v3…
English

@thomasmahler This is probably a no, but is there any planned support for local co-op? My wife and I are super into games like this but we only have one PC. Loving the game though!
English

We sold 72k copies just yesterday 😳😳😳
thomasmahler@thomasmahler
