It has been a while since using this account, so I think I should reintroduce myself. Hi! I’m Cindy Luu, a Physics PhD student working on characterizing exoplanet atmospheres and surfaces. I hope I can share many more wonderful findings about our universe in the years to come 💙

I am excited to share this new work that I have been maturing for the last 2 years. We made an attempt to give some new insights into the "solar abundances" problem, a long-standing discrepancy between spectroscopic and helioseismic measurements of heavy elements within the Sun.

@astro_jaz Wherever your career takes you, you will undoubtedly accomplish so many things that you may not think possible. You have achieved a lot of incredible feats already and there's so much more to come :D

@PlanetaryCindy Interesting. I’ve always been fascinated hearing about the effects of space travel on the human body (although I’m far from a scientist or doctor). Have you read @AstroDocScott’s book? His stories of the effects in space, & struggles climbing mountains, makes for a good read.
