@RauKnows I have to be crazy to think this because it seems I have the unpopular opinion. But I think the 50 health on spectral surge is not crazy. It’s a 6 second cooldown that requires a tail to use.

Kind of over bringing up balanced strategists to the OP ones instead of bringing down the strong ones… That philosophy would be like buffing every DPS to Elsa instead of just nerfing her
