Idk if other Filipinos experienced this as well but i lived through a transition between the pre internet and post internet in the 2010s cause of the smartphone being more common, i remember having to go to an internet cafe just to watch YT cause it was the only way i could do it

Idk bro im gonna be honest regarding this. Web3 salaries are completely out of touch with reality. When ur marketing to a few hundred players, most of which earn under 1k usd a month, the salaries just are unsustainable If u work at a indie game company, it doesnt justify 100k a year salaries. It just doesnt. Go look what jagex, a billion dollar company, pays their staff. Also its not just a salary. In the case of massive success, you earn from tokens / equity Teams already have a huge upside if things go right, via equity and token unlocks. Wheres the tradeoff? Wheres the hunger?
