This woman had just clocked out from her shift, and her 8-year-old son’s phone was ringing, so she answered it. The school director had an issue with that and was kicking her out. Notice that the school director goes silent once she is told the whole exchange was recorded. Should she file a complaint or sue?! If she was clocked out, she can take a phone call.

So to answer your question, a lot of departments have lowered standards to get enough applicants to fill the available openings. These openings are partly to blame for added overtime for the officers meaning training doesn’t always get done. It also means that overtime is tacked into a long shift (12 hours or so) meaning the officer can regularly work 16 or so hours every day. That leaves 8 hours to travel to and from work, eat, sleep, work out, errands—everything that most other people have 16 hours to do. So exercise can take a back seat for some. Plus they have a sedentary job already sitting in a car all day long. They are also likely to be in a union so it’s not so easy to fire someone for not keeping up with a standard that is already hard to meet because the employer has made it difficult to meet due to the overtime and whatnot. Then, add on the fact that parts of it are a physical job that you can get injured doing. So now, this person isn’t at 100% and can’t keep meeting a physical standard through no fault of their own. What should we do? Fire them when they get too old and broken to do their job? I reiterate, a lot of the problem lies with the employer—not all, but a lot. You just can’t start firing people that can’t stay physically fit because of ilinjuries on the job.

@NigoNOWHEREJun @CadenK211 @ilySalt I can run any high tier ammo and get kills. Shot placement is key in any fps. If you run low tier don't go for close engagements, if high tier do as you please and take the gamble. It's over complicated but is also stupid simple once you jump into it.

Nowadays impossible to tell visually if you can. Knowledge isn’t just combat knowing what carries value in different phases for example.

@CadenK211 @ilySalt I've never once been stuck pondering what to use. You either use higher tier gear or stick with mid. All the lower tier stuff is stuck for earlier get and is easily forgettable past the first few to couple weeks of a wipe. I can get someone new going and comfy within a day.
