@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva am inside the 12809/HOWRAH MAIL, in AC 3 tier. B2 seat number 72. All the charging sockets are off from midnight. When of us requested they turned it on. But again they have switched it off. Is this how Indian Railway treats its customers??
