@ArgosHelpers I ordered an item for collection 9am the next day. No email to say it had arrived & the staff said they aren’t receiving deliveries. Can u provide further clarification as to why?

@Matalan still waiting on a response. I finally found how to return, but it’s telling me I need to pay to return as it’s too big. Bedclothes, same size as the other pair I ordered which is free. They were both in the same bag. Description was wrong not paying to return!

Hey @marksandspencer surely it’s possible for a cafe inside an M&S store to pop someone down to the food hall and get some eggs rather than just telling customers they’re out of eggs? Seems extremely disjointed.
