After nearly six months, I've finished both chemotherapy and radiation therapy to treat my colorectal cancer. It's been a difficult journey (and it's far from over, with surgery and more infusion therapy waiting for me in the late spring and early summer), but I'm doing well. ♥️

It's my first day of chemotherapy. Didn't sleep, cried a bunch, entertained every worst-case and terrible contingency. Today, I remember my late grandmother who made it through five types of cancer during her long life. Gosh, I need her strength now. I will make it through.
