@aussie_welsh @aussie_welsh WelshAussie, Pulse Hybrid will be discontinued on 1-Aug-2024. It's being replaced with Bloom Hybrid. It's not uncommon for decors or even for whole ranges to be discontinued due to an update or refresh of designs and colours. Kind regards, The Team at QS Australia

@QuickStepFloor I understand that your pulse hybrid flooring range has been discontinued (not that you would know it from your website). As I am half through a Reno some comms on this would have been nice. Could you explain why you have such utter contempt for your customers?

@Hilary1890185 Hi Hilary. I am afraid that we cannot accept returns on behalf of a customer or retailer. You will need to contact them as the contract of purchase is with the store and not with us. I am sorry we cannot be of any further help.

@QuickStepFloor Yea I did raise with the shop I bought it from and they told me that quick step would not accept the item back despite it not being used and despite it not being suitable. I was not told when I bought it that no returns were possible

@QuickStepFloor I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received today regarding a flooring accessory I was recommended by one of your dealers which isn’t suitable, apparently your policy is not to accept returns yet I was never told this! I would like to log complaint

@QuickStepFloor Could you please guide me to the customer care team in India. Installed flooring last year and it has swolen up from edges all across. Dealer is not responding and no customer care number on your website. Seems your dealers are selling #Fake QuickStep Flooring

@QuickStepFloor should a quick step floor start to change colour after a year we had it installed in 2020 but it's very noticeable now after 3 years

@MerrickSophie Hi Sophie. We strongly recommend Quick-Step Vinyl special underlays. If floor temperature may reach/exceed 45°C (113°F) due to sunlight, use Quick-Step HEAT underlay on level subfloor or install floor without underlay on level subfloor. Have a nice day. Eurydice from Quick-Step.
