@Vibutler_ I don't think it'll get overturned because the conservatives on the court can't agree on what to replace it with. It'll just contine to get watered down.

@magajacobrobben @kkondik Bove doesn't have much of a track record though. He'd definitely be a Trump loyalist but I wouldn't rule out him turning out to be a judicial moderate once Trump is out of the picture. I don't think that's a risk conservatives in the Senate would be willing to take.

in re: hypothetical SCOTUS vacancy, another wild card is whether Trump makes an absolutely off-the-wall nomination. His first-term appointments were all judges any R president could/would've nominated. As we have seen in many other ways, this term is... different

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I despise arbitrary tribe splits going to tribal with zero time to form connections. What is the point of strategy and a social game when it can be wiped out when production gets bored? #survivor

@blissnvinegar @perksofbeingHC What initial approach to Aubry? If I remember correctly, Genevieve approached Aubry in the first episode (day 1 or 2 on the island) and proposed working with her. Aubry then asked her a very strange question about what her intentions were.

@perksofbeingHC Twist screwed, definitely. But her initial approach with Aubry was a disaster, her tunnel vision did her no favors, and she couldn't get a good read this season. Still a great player, but I think she needed more time away from the game to properly reset.

Genevieve has to be one of the most badly screwed over players in the history of the show. Found 2 idols that she was not allowed to keep, while the woman dead set against her on sight was just gifted one. A horrible 5 to go to tribal with. She deserved so much better #Survivor

Stop. Taking. Away. People's. Votes. With that being said, Colby would've been voted out even if he still had a vote. It just pisses me off that production decided to continue the new era "lose your vote" bullshit for the monumental 50th season. #Survivor50

I'm pretty indifferent to Genevieve but someone who found two idols getting voted out because they were forced to give them to other people just doesn't sit right with me. I think we have a new top 5 most robbed player. I hope the boomerang idol never comes back. #Survivor50

@USA_Polling Biden was at least mentally there. He just occasionally sounded incoherent because of his age.

Genevieve is now going to go to a five person tribal council with Aubry. She has found two idols but was forced to give them both to other people. Both of the people she gave idols to are at Exile Island so they can't be voted out before she goes. Terrible luck. #Survivor50

The 14th Amendment was rammed through by a military occupation government whose victory depended on half a million immigrants who got their citizenship "stapled to their draft papers" Perfectly plausible that Thaddeus Stevens (who introduced 14A) intended exactly this
Greg Price@greg_price11

It just feels so painfully obvious that the 14th amendment does not mean that a 9-months pregnant woman from Mexico can cross the Rio Grande illegally, give birth, and be allowed to stay because her child is now a natural born citizen.

@earlyvotedata Do you not see how condescending you're being? Donald Trump has done irreparable damage to this country and our alliances. He spent the last year insulting Europe and threatening to invade Canada and Greenland. It may not mean much to you but words matter. The US relies

Remember, if Kagan joins a Sotomayor/Jackson opinion, it’s likely at least plausible. If Kagan declines to join a Sotomayor/Jackson opinion, it’s definitely insane. And if *Sotomayor* declines to join a *Jackson* opinion, you’re in for a real treat.
