The fertility rate has fallen to just 53.1 births per 1,000 women aged 15–44, the lowest in history.
The replacement rate, to keep the population stable, is roughly 2,100 births per 1,000 women over their lifetimes.

Women of mid-range attractiveness inherently overrate their attractiveness, because if they get in decent shape & are all made up they can reasonably, on their very best day, be at least a 7, which means they can theoretically sleep with almost any man, thus deceiving them into thinking they could also marry that level of man.
