📚 Today we will learn about Staking and how you can earn rewards in cryptocurrency.
Staking is the process of locking your cryptocurrency in a blockchain network to help secure it and verify transactions.
In return, the network rewards you with additional cryptocurrency.
🏠 Simple Example
Think of staking like putting money into a fixed deposit (FD) at a bank.
• Bank FD → You lock your money and earn interest. 🏦
• Crypto Staking → You lock your crypto and earn staking rewards. 💰
🔗 How Does It Work?
1. You buy a cryptocurrency that supports staking.
2. You lock (stake) your coins in the network.
3. The blockchain uses your staked coins to help validate transactions.
4. You receive rewards over time.
⚠️ Important
• You always own your staked crypto.
• Some networks have a lock-up period before you can withdraw your coins.
• Rewards are not guaranteed and may change depending on the network.
📝 Why Is It Important?
• Helps secure the blockchain.
• Supports transaction validation.
• Allows users to earn passive income.
• Uses much less energy than mining.
💡 Fun Fact
Many popular blockchains, including Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, and Polygon, allow users to earn rewards through staking.

Day 1️⃣5️⃣ 📚 Today we will learn about Proof of Stake (PoS) and how it is different from Proof of Work (PoW). Proof of Stake (PoS) is a blockchain system that verifies transactions without mining. Instead of miners solving puzzles, validators are chosen to verify transactions and add new blocks based on the amount of cryptocurrency they have staked (locked) in the network. 🏠 Simple Example • Proof of Work (PoW) → A race where miners compete to solve a puzzle. • Proof of Stake (PoS) → A lottery where validators are selected based on the amount of crypto they have staked. 🔗 How Does It Work? 1. Users lock (stake) their cryptocurrency. 2. The blockchain selects a validator. 3. The validator checks and verifies transactions. 4. A new block is added to the blockchain. 5. The validator receives rewards for helping secure the network. ⚠️ Important • PoS does not require mining. • It uses much less electricity than PoW. • Validators can lose part of their stake if they act dishonestly. 📝 Why Is It Important? • Saves energy. • Secures the blockchain. • Verifies transactions quickly. • Allows users to earn staking rewards. 📊 PoW vs PoS • PoW → Uses miners, puzzles, and high electricity. • PoS → Uses validators, staking, and low electricity. 💡 Fun Fact Many modern blockchains, such as Ethereum, use Proof of Stake because it is more energy-efficient than Proof of Work.

Tech-focused asset manager ARK Invest has capitalized on the recent crypto market downturn, buying a combined $43.5 million worth of shares in crypto firms such as Coinbase and Circle over the past three trading days.
$5.2 million worth of shares in crypto exchange Bullish ( $BLSH) , $5.12 million in brokerage firm Robinhood ( $HOOD). It also bought $1.69 million worth of shares in crypto-friendly bank SoFi Technologies ( $SOFI) on Monday.

$BTC TRADE RECAPS
~ Total daily pnl = +3.9R
1. BTC LONG -1R
- We saw the price hitting a very key level to hold. Monthly support with some lower timeframe signals on the indicator.
/ momentum was really rising, but money flow gave zero follow trough and the price rolled over once again.
Took the loss and moved on. Was worth the risk and nothing is ever guaranteed.

2. BTC LONG 0.9R
- We saw price hitting a bigger zone of interest/ bigger buy tail. We can also see multiple dots on the momentum with money flow really being on the rise.
~ But still, found major resistance after filling one of the impuslive 1 minute candles to the downside.. Ended up slightly above break even for the day here. Will rather take profits early when I see I fight the intraday trend and momentum.. Avoid gambling on structure changes / atleast reduce risk if we show weakness approaching.

3. BTC +3R (for now)
- We saw price entering a MAJOR level of interest. Daily level - bigger buy tail / with around pwLOW (current yearly lows)
~ First trade of the day that actually gave anything major. Closed a lot on the first tp line based on the overall day/ a bunch of mid trades before hand. But still a good trade overall, holding a small runner with a risk free 3R trade (if stop loss is hit)
Just an example, I lose.. Just as you guys do sometimes.. The key is to keep risk controlled / the potential reward higher on your trades.
