some of you have asked about my skincare routine. here's my story. i never believed in taking care of my SKIN, a mere external cover, until i had to. this was around 2 years ago when i had a lot of dandruff. dandruff became so bad, it started falling on my face and hence causing so many pimples. the pimples were so bad. i got them literally everywhere on my face like chicken pox. you can see it all in pic 1. that's just half of the total pimples i got. i was frustrated with dandruff and pimples. wanted to start skincare routine finally after checking the reels of some influencers. but my mother was against it. the idea that i have to use them everyday bothered her. she suggested that we go to a dermatologist. went to a dermatologist nearby. he had recommended the same skincare routine but the products are from a different brand, different from the commercially available brands like Cetaphil, Foxtale, Dot & Key and others i followed it religiously for a month. slowly i saw the pimples reducing. but they all left patches before dying down. so it took me another month to get completely rid of the pimple patches and black marks too. overall it was a great change as you can see in the pic 2. doctor recommended these products based on my skin type which is a combination skin. so i advice you to visit a dermatologist before you want to start your skincare routine. it just takes 2 consultations. and you can continue the same products for the rest of your life. don't blindly follow social media influencers and start using commercially available products. they don't know what your skintype is. infact you yourself can't tell what your skintype is. i always thought mine was oily skin. but doc told it's a combination skin (dry + oily) shall post my skincare products in the next tweet. but don't buy them for yourself since they're doctor recommended
