2 months without caffeine. I'm now 100% sure my insomnia was caffeine induced. If you have hard time falling asleep, it could be your reason too.

@Idorunning Ahmed has just missed out so many times feel for him, the Ethiopian is so talented just never quite gets it right at major games.

@RangsmithNet Me too, him and Ahmed ran a gutsy race. Felt a bit gutted for Ahmed missing out on a medal right at the end. Kejelcha is an absolute animal though! Taking the front and constant surges stringing the field out! Great racing.
