@Bupa 5 hours of telephoning and counting to try to book urgent tests since yesterday. And counting. Still waiting for your customer services to return a call. Slow and complicated process when people need simple quick answers to help them get peace of mind. Truly a dreadful service.

@mary_db10 @Bupa I actually ended the call early because I didn't want her to get herself into deep water - that policy cannot possibly be right - I can't imagine it would comply with the Equality Act. I asked her to get her boss/the legal team to email me instead.
