I have a new album called "Scars" out on all platforms now! 🎶🎵🎶🎵 This is a 8 song Alternative & Experimental Hip Hop album about mental health, rejection, & trauma. Musically the instrumentals are built off of a mixture of Boom Bap/Lofi, Jazz, R&B, & Rock, with a darker/heavier Blues/Boogie Woogie twist. Like Pete Rock blended with New Edition meets Ten Years After with some gloom mixed in. I feature 2 songs on here with my brother, a Trap Metal Artist named "Autymn". He does Metal vocals on the hook of one of the songs. It was an amazing evening performing at First Friday at The People's Plaza earlier ago today! 🎤🎶🎤🎶 I performed a 30 minute set, opening with "Straight From The Underground" & then doing mixtures of originals & freestyle raps to original instrumentals. I even performed two new unreleased songs from my next album, specifically the songs "Scarecrow" & Abstract". If you can, can you do a tutorial for people transitioning from legacy Logic Pro 9 or current FL Studio to the new Logic Pro 12? Cause like I said before, I'm gonna be moving to the new Logic pretty soon when I upgrade to a new Mac Mini & better MacBook. But I'm not completely sure what to expect or what the big differences will be between Logic Pro 9 & the current Logic.

Got the professional footage today from last Sunday's song writers open mic at the Majestic Coffee Shop in Abilene, TX! 🎶🎤🎥🎶 Here's a video segment from me performing a song that night that I had written all the way back in 2013 when I was only 15! Still in Middle School too, lol! But I still have the instrumental I put together for the song all those years ago, so I perform it as a part of my track line up for shows & events, even today in 2026 at the age of 28, lol! Not yet no. Still about a few weeks away from the mastering point. But we're spending many hours a day working on it when my Dad is home from work(He's the current producer helping me, I'm the song writer, vocalist, co-instrumentalist, & audio engineer for the project). It's going to have 9 completely original songs, & I'm gonna aim to produce a couple of music videos for the project as well. But every song is going to have a lyric video/visualizer. Here's the current album art we have for it. When we send it off for mastering, I'm gonna start work on all the video stuff for the project.

I used to watch your tutorials on FL Studio a few years back. Taught me a lot! Especially how to do EQ on a parametric EQ & how to use saturation on drums. Now I'm using Logic Pro 9 on a 2008 MacBook Pro but I'm already saving for my next setup. I transferred my skills I practiced from FL Studio to the Logic I use now. Also I've decided that I'm gonna have two Macs for music production. A modern Mac Mini with either an M1 or M2, & then I'ma get a carrying MacBook to use as a music scratch pad & instrument with MainStage when I do shows with bands. The MacBook I'm gonna get is a 2011/2012 MacBook Pro 15 inch with a FireWire port for my MOTU 828 Original audio interface. For the modern Mac Mini, I'm just gonna use this Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd gen until I have enough saved for a modern 8 channel USB audio interface to replace it with. Anyway here's a sample of an instrumental I'm working on for my next one-shot freestyle track I'm planning on doing. I'm using skills you taught me even in this sample here.

I think RTS, management games, & realistic simulators are great for training the mind while being fun! I used to play Civilization 4 & Rise of Nations when I was a teenager for hours on hard! Then I would switch to Simcity 4 or this free space simulator called "Orbiter 2010". So much of those games taught me things like computer skills, resource management, cause and effect, organization, basic physics and science, & so much more!
