All these Music industry companies not paying AI is a double issue for music artists. 1 - I've proven that AI music detectors DO NOT WORK. This means, distributors can false flag your music and remove it. Platforms have to fight spam so they may have to increase their thresholds for detection, causing even more false positives. 2 - Platforms aren't paying AI creators because they plan to role out their own AI! Why would they pay your AI if they can generate their own and not have to pay anyone. They're simply starving the competition. This is not about the user experience. Users are not complaining about AI Music, creators are. And they need creators to fuel their scheme until they build their ultimate AI. So, either way, artists lose. STOP PLAYING THEIR GAME.

@BusyWorksBeats Well said, and great take. Agree with you. AI is just another tool. The output is still as good as the talent of the creator. Just like the typewriter didn't make the writer produce better books, AI still produces garbage in the wrong hands.

I think AI is here to free millions of creatives. We're seeing 1-man music producer/music artist companies spawning faster than ever before, introducing novel ideas and innovation. This new class of entrepreneurs is threatening the establishment. In my opinion, narratives were sown to keep artists demonizing AI to prevent them from building formidable competition against the major labels: Sony, Universal, and Warner. I don't think AI music threatens anything, I think it adds onto the music industry. It serves an audience that couldn't be served otherwise. Truthfully, I think the company that solves the component level of music ai training (sounds, processes, and curation) will be worth multiples more than Suno. Suno trained on the full songs. Songs can be broken into a million pieces. The company that organizes those millions of pieces with curation and real logic of composition/music production will create a new renaissance in music. In short, I don't think AI is a threat, I think that was a narrative created to stop music artists from investigating the real power of AI.

Trust God. God is constantly controlling the variables. Men and flesh are variables which can change for the good and bad. God does not change, because if God changed, it wouldn't be all things. Trust in the unchanging factual reality, not the fleeting fantasy we sell ourselves daily.
