$DGXX has basically lost all trust at this point. Doesn’t matter what they say, actions speak louder than words. The only thing that could really make @DigipowerX take off is some kind of deal or an insane macro environment. Even then, there’d still be trust issues with this company. If their way of “addressing” things is just handing out shares to the CTO without even having to raise the stock price or anything… The only way to rebuild trust is to stop handing out shares, or if they do, at least tie it to getting the stock up to $6.

$DGXX reports earnings on March 31 after the bell. Based on a recent update, $DGXX is likely to announce the deployment of their first ARMS200 pods in Alabama. This would mark an inflection point for the company as they begin to generate their first revenue from AI workloads. $DGXX has shared that they anticipate having 10MW deployed at ~$15M per MW in ARR by Q3 2026. $15M X 10MW = $150M ARR. The company previously indicated they could have 70MW deployed by EOY 2026 which could equate to $1.05B ARR. This is occurring as we see spot rental rates for on-demand B200 surging ~50% over the last month based on Silicon Data's B200 Index, so it could be even higher. As of trading today, the company has a ~ $140M market cap with $80M cash and no debt. $60M EV. This is also high margin revenue. $DGXX has 200MW of owned and operational power that they are seeking to transition to AI workloads and another 200MW in development at a single site in NC. The NC site appears to be very favorable being located next to Duke Energy substation and appears to have local community support based on what I've researched. They are also in active negotiations for an additional 1.3GW site in WV. On top of this, a current BlackRock board member and past CEO of Verizon has partnered with $DGXX to launch US Data Centers (USDC) and the deployment of their proprietary ARMS 1MW pods that provide rapid deployment of AI workloads. It's hard to tell at this time how many of these pods they'll be able to deploy and what impact it may have for $DGXX having a 55% ownership in USDC, but time will tell. It's also quite possible they take USDC public. I think if management does a good job of easing investor concerns regarding a number of issues that have been raised, the future could look very bright for this company. What I really like is the active retail community and the number of institutions initiating positions. The company is definitely in the right place at the right time.
