@UsiperInstitut @NelsonK192793 @ShangguanJiewen You can criticize the Chinese govt on policies or approaches. Just don't overthrow it. I made several complains through the official channel and things do get changed or they would respond to you if not. Persistent is the key

It's not about being anti-government, but about being allowed to openly criticize the government. Societies always need to be organized and compromised to ensure the stability of the collective. However, Chinese state propaganda feeds the public with propaganda and strategic communication to shape and control public opinion. The West has degenerated and, especially in the modern era, has been involved in many wars and crises, but that doesn't mean the Chinese government is the "good guy" on the world stage. The system itself has problems. One of the CCP's main advantages over the West is its centralized control of information, while the West is polarized and fragmented by freedom of speech and an increasingly fierce culture war. I respect the Chinese people, and especially people like you who are open to discussion, but I don't fall for political rhetoric or state propaganda. P.S.: Your figures are largely irrelevant; they're probably based on anecdotes, and as I said, public perception doesn't reflect reality.

Fertility rates in Chinese provinces. In most areas it’s not a demographic crisis, it’s a demographic collapse. There will be massive economic and geopolitical consequences. Will they be able to reverse the collapse before it’s too late?

@msiguc @chinafutureclub Small cars are mostly for greater city use. If you install a charger at home, there is no need for finding gas as well. This is one of many huge pluses for ev

@chinafutureclub In the US, 60K km in a rather small car would require a bit over 1K Gal of gas = $4K + 4 oil changes = $300, so around $5K total. All that with no “find a charger” hustle.

The biggest concern with EVs, the battery, is a non-issue. I’ve driven 60,000km and the battery health is 94%! The battery warranty is 8 years. In that time I will save about $24,000 in fuel and servicing costs.

🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING — Trump Admits Socialism Works "I have to say, I respect China, because it’s incredible that with a system that, in theory, shouldn’t work—you know, we go to school, we go to the best business schools, we do well in those schools, and we read about free entrepreneurship, and we read about all these different things— But if you look at China, how well they do, how much they produce. I mean, they produce so many cars that they actually have competitions over who can produce the fewest cars because they have so many cars. You have to have great respect for China for the work they do. Whether you like them or not, you have to respect them."

@BooneW @fincontrarian @THORChain I checked the swaps done from the dashboard you built. Many had ~0.4% slip diff (value in/value out). Maybe you could as chadb about this on thur.

@RealRGTV @fincontrarian @THORChain Tbh I don’t know why the quote is like that, but if you look at actual finished swaps almost all single swaps are only 10bps I still think you’re off here

.@THORChain 's Rapid Swaps are starting to see some adoption $1M swapped saving users almost an hour total, speeding up swaps an average of 36% Will be interesting how much more efficient this feature can make TC swaps as integrators and wallets adopt it $RUNE

@fincontrarian @BooneW @THORChain In another words, smaller subswaps than now is taking arbs profit and transfer it to the users. We don't need a protocol arbbot if we could scale this and even increase the fees for tc

@fincontrarian @BooneW @THORChain Streaming breaks down the slippage to smaller size, ie minslip of 10bps. Rapid swaps can break this down further. Assuming regular ss breaks down a swap into 5 swaps to match minslip, rs speed up to 3 blocks. If that very same trade is split into 10, rs finishes by 5 blocks

@iceman00008 @BooneW @fincontrarian @THORChain From what I understand, tc charges a fee equal to the impact of a pool or 10bps whichever is higher. That's why sandwich atk don't work. Every subswaps seems to set at close to 10bps slippage now so ss dont take too long to finish.

@RealRGTV @BooneW @fincontrarian @THORChain I get what you mean; but I’m not sure if TC’s minbps mimir is for the fee part only, or fee+slip. To Boone, best to clarify this on Dev Discord…

@BooneW @fincontrarian @THORChain @iceman00008 I am telling you. It's the nature of v2 pool, if possible, with rs and SS, break the trade to infinity small subswaps and you get better execution. Assuming everything work as intended

@RealRGTV @fincontrarian @THORChain Brother, for the last time, the 10bps is set by mimir, not by actual slippage Swappers are only paying 10bps for a single swap, not 20

@BooneW @THORChain That's make this simple. Assume tc charges no fee, because tc interact with a v2 pool, there is slippage. Therefore you swap 1 dollar for another asset, you get less than 1 dollar out. That's the nature of a v2 pool and this is the slippage I want minimize

@BooneW @THORChain Also if your logic is correct and tc collects the slippage as a fee, then the pool will decrease over time

@BooneW @THORChain You can check any of the trades yourself. The total cost of a trade to a user is not 20bps. 20bps is what tc collects and the rest is slippage of a pool.
