UPDATE: The House is in play. Because of Virginia and the South, the House is a pure tossup in my opinion. Things can change depending on Utah, Mississippi, and any other Southern state, but this is where I think things stand right now. I'm happy to answer any questions in the comments.

Fair map is when it’s a dem gerrymander. The only reason for Charlotte, Raleigh and NE NC to look like this is to produce more Dem seats.
