@X_Wee_Frankie_X They’ve put it down to money, loss of Baxter, lack of experience in the squad

@TPH_1980 @fecca81 Don’t get blood and thunder, end to end football anymore Just one team thinking they’re the reincarnation of Pep’s Barcelona as they pass it around the back half the match, and the other team sitting in waiting for a chance to counter attack Evenly matched games turn scrappy

Remember when the Irish league was, tough tackling, end to end exciting football, no gimmicks, no fancy hospitality, no over the top health and safety?! I’ve religiously followed my team for 40 odd years, I’m so fucking bored of it all now.

@PJack32 More than a toilet roll holder damaged… Don’t forget half the section that was destroyed as well without even mentioned the toilets Remember you on here raging at a few stickers Glenavon put in the away end at shamrock. That’s nothing compared to what your fans done

@Redhand___ Thousands of ponds of damage ? Well when glenavon charge few hundred pounds for a toilet roll holder - super inflated estimate - and couple hundred for the guy to fit it

@PJack32 Using paint to justify thousands of pounds of destruction is hilarious😂 Not to mention the antics post match outside the ground (albeit the police deserve the blame more than anyone for that one)

@Redhand___ Seen the photos? Maybe if fans hadn’t been trying to use washroom and come out blue hands : jeans : trainers : coats etc all paint stains Clearly provoked a reaction - could have been avoided but your club - just smirked when it was highlighted to them

@PJack32 I doubt that😂there’s been fresh paint all around the ground and different points of the season, including the home end Some teams like to look after their own ground😉

@Redhand___ Was clearly felt to be a deliberate tactic to annoy rival fans

@PJack32 Have you seen the photos? The place was destroyed - police had to get involved Don’t be surprised if Glenavon massively reduce the away allocation for the next one or have extreme security measures in place

@Redhand___ On match day???? - no notice - no signs - no warning- fans clothes destroyed Started it the toilet block I believe but the seats 💺 (I suspect they were broken and fans just removed purely for safety measures

@PJack32 Fresh paint made Portadown fans destroys seats and destroy the away bathrooms? Weird behaviour Would’ve been painted with an international match on the horizon

@Redhand___ Fair points all - though my vote would always be for c)!! Goalline technology would be great though, if there's money to throw around. Or even toilets at away grounds that have running water....prawn sandwich-like expectations, I know.

I’m certainly in the minority here but I don’t mind the idea of “challenges” - means less VAR intervention over the course of a game However, all goals should be reviewed without needing “challenged” My stance is that I’d rather have no VAR whatsoever tho
