Dirty shopping baskets, staff keeping a personal water bottle in the customer ice‑cream freezer, ladders and sacks left blocking aisles, and a bucket of dirty water on the staircase with no wet‑floor sign. Floor was being mopped and “dried” with brown cardboard paper. #RIL
