Dear @SMARTBazaarIn, I purchased 3 packets of Thacker Paneer from Smart Point, Ratu, Ranchi on 1 May. When we opened them, all three packets were found spoiled. The manufacturing date was missing, while the UBD mentioned was 03 May. Complaint No 6589090 still unresolved. Pls look

Milk delivery apps dont maintain the cold chain. By the time milk is delivered door step it not even little bit of cold. Same with Reliance Smart offline store handling with milk in the store. Should not buy from milkbasket or Reliance. star bazar is better in handling.

@shyam1809 @SMARTBazaarIn I am reliance customer from 10 years but their staff of 3 months are rude and badly behaved. It is typical of #reliance #staff to behave rudely with customers, when I complained to their manager Natraj, he started to avoid the matter by talking irrelevant things.

We bought sanitary napkins worth ₹5,738 from @SMARTBazaarIn Kachpada, Malad (W) to distribute to 200+ underprivileged girl students from MCGM schools. Broken promises, missing inventory & zero accountability meant the handover never happened. The girls never got their napkins.

@JioMart_Support never have faith on jio mart delivery this is on mercy of their store and delivery person. Only name is quick they deliver in 4 hours or can cancel your order any time.

@SMARTBazaarIn please look into it, you need to renovate this store ASAP. No AC working, No proper cleaning, No proper space for walking because overloaded with stock on floor, no proper display of all the products. Just renovate if possible.

Visited @SMARTBazaarIn in baddi. Paid twice for a pack of highlighter and an uno reverse cards. Used @Paytm , went through my phn with in seconds. Still their machine says declined. Staff is uncultured and DM mr Sanjeev Kumar was really bad at service. I want my money back ASAp

@SMARTBazaarIn Pathetic service @ Kothrud, Pune store. Centralized AC isn't working so kept few coolers but not sufficient on hot & busy Sunday. On top of that only 4/18 billing counters are operating. Ppl are suffocating w/o AC & waiting in long queue. Manager isn't accessible.
