People look at you and think you’re fine because you’re “functioning.” They don’t see how heavy it feels just to get through a normal day. They don’t see how quiet everything is inside you. And you don’t even know how to explain it without sounding dramatic, so you keep it to yourself and keep going.

When you have finished giving up, come back to the game. We are many that have our fair share of giving up multiple times a day.
